Car Alarms: viper r350 issues, keyless entry systems, car locks

Question
I just R350 alarm, and i have a couple of issues. For 1, when i lock the car, the lcd screen still says that its unlocked, even thought the car locks and the alarm functions. My 2nd issue is the status led. Even while the car is running, it flashes twice, then once, and over and over. Also when i unlock the car the horn sounds 4 times, which means its disarmed with tamper alert, and is supposed to be reset the next time the key is turned on, but it never resets. Thanks in advance
