Car Alarms: Silencer Remote, daewoo leganza, 2001 daewoo leganza

Question
I have an old 2001 Daewoo Leganza that has been sitting a year or so after an accident. I parked it and recently recharged the battery.
When I attempted to start it, it turned over but would not start.
I found that no fuel would pump to the engine.
The emgine would run as long as I sprayed starter fluid into the air box.
I suspect the alarm is stopping it from starting.
The RED LED would flash 4 time pause an flash again.
Is there away to by pass or eliminate the alarm?
