Car Alarms: alarm starting by its own, precise answer, computer factory

Question
please note that i have bought a second hand yukon 2007 and dealer have made for me a single remote key
the problem that while i park and lock the car, after 2 hours the car start alarm and horn by itself
i do not know how to deactivate the same or why this happen
want to know also if to go for computer factory settings will solve the matter
secondly while driving and go through some bumping place the monitor show rear access open always

how to solve this please.
