Car Alarms: I need to know how to bypass alarm kill, attempted theft, honda accord

I have a 96 honda accord that has a sidewinder alarm I dont know the make or model the only way I know that is because it has a sticker on the windshield the horn under the hood and the wires under the dash.The owner before said he unhooked it but now it want let my car start how can I bypass or unhook this thing? there are a lot of wires still hook up to the steering wheel area under the dash
