QuestionHow do I disarm my alarm. I see a fuse box under the hood and also in the car and the fuse isnt label, I read something stating pull fuse 10a row 12. under the hood. Pleasw let me know which fuse to pull because the alarm is going ogg periodically
AnswerHmmmm, Likely to be factory if it's the car's
own horn honking.
However, if it's a siren and flashing lights,
it's after market.
Ok, here's what I know...
Normally, putting the key in the drivers side door lock,
turning to the left, then to the right all the way
will unlock and disarm/reset the "OEM factory"
alarm system.
If it's after market, try the following:
PUT IGNITION KEY IN IGNITION,
KEY ON TO JUST BEFORE CRANKING THE ENGINE.
PRESS IN AND HOLD VALET SWITCH FOUND UNDER THE DASH
AREA UNTIL YOU GET A RESPONCE FROM THE ALARM.
KEY OFF.
This should toggle the alarm in and out of
valet/override.
If toggle type switch.
KEY ON, FLIP SWITCH, KEY OFF,
START THE CAR.
