Car Alarms: after market car alarm, precise answer, car alarm

ok so i am having troubles with the after market car alarm i don't have the booklet but i have the console for unlock and lock but if i lock it from the inside and close the doors and press unlock then it unlocks for me but then if i press lock it says LOCK locks doors then beeps three times and say PLEASE CLOSE DOORS when they are closed it says on the console that the passengers side is open when its closed how can i fix this problem if any assistance can be offered can you please call me on 0406713999 my name is sean thanks
