Car Alarms: marksman m4, disconected, auto responder

Question
so my harley truck has been sitting for 6 months and I had the positive terminal for the battery disconected to not drain the battery. when I hooked the battery back up my alarm goes off and wont shut off with the keypad. I changed the batteries in the remote and it still won't shut off. What do I do?
