ANSWER: The "start cycle timing" feature setting procedure
would only be found in the manual for the alarm.
I don't know the system you have there, but try my forum
page at www.INSTALLSUPPORT.com to see in the search
bar if there might be a past thread on
it, and where to download a copy of the manual.
If nothing pops up in the search, ask my forum moderator Robert
to see if he has a line on it for you.
Then you can figure out the toglling procedure
to turn of the passive arming function.
