Car Alarms: Inwell Security Alarm, site search engine, dash lights

Hi I have a Inwell factory fitted alarm on a Pajero. Yesterday it was steam cleaned including engine, brought home and parked up for 2 hours. Later I tried to start it and dash lights light up alarm with fob key locks and unlocks but once key in ignition on turnign just clicks.  Batteries tested today and OK, Alarm reset but it will still not start up just the click noise.  Any ideas please.
