Car Alarms: car alarm, toyota avalon, car wont start

I no longer have my original key for my 97 Toyota Avalon and i got locked out I got someone to open it now my car wont start and i disconnected the battery and put it back but the alarm keeps going on. I don't know what to do so that i can use my car again please help
