Car Alarms: Problem to arm and disarm system, alarmtek, acura integra

I've had a hornet 477T alarm system installed in my Acura Integra. As of resent the system won't disarm if I use the remote start feature nor will it arm if I have the short run timer activated after I switch off the ignition. Is there a way to reset the system?
