Car Alarms: 2002 toyota tundra, toyota tundra, auto responder

My 2002 toyota tundra I believe has been tampered with. The alarm will not let
me start the vehicle, and constantly is being set off. I was wondering if you had
any information as to what I might be able to do to reset the alarm? Thanks for
