Car Alarms: 98 chrysler sebring factory alarm, chrysler sebring, 12 volt

Hello,my mom past away last year and I was given her car,just last night the alarm for some reason activated and the lights and the horn just kept going off I don't have a remote it stopped working a year ago,I just need to know how do I cut the alarm off on a covertible 98 sebring.
