Car Alarms: Pythin 871XP & Viper 160xlv, factory security, door locks

Question
My car currently has the Viper 160VXL installed and everything works great, I am going to replace it with the Python 871XP. These two systems have the same wiring except the antenna on the python is a two way. The plugs on the brain match up perfectly but when I plug in the Python everything works except for the door locks and the key start. The doors will not unlock or lock and it works on the Viper, plus when the Python is wired in I cannot start the car with the Key. The remote start works, and when I put the key in the ignition it works fine but when I want to start it manually it will not engage. The only thing I can think of is I dont have the factory security wires hooked up. Would this cause the system not to work. Also if they do need to be wired in is there a way to just jumper out the security and bypass them because I dont need the alarm. Any help will be greatly appriciated.
