Car Alarms: Code Grabbing, site search engine, search bar

Question
I purchased a falcon and would like to know why and how some one is able to pick up the frequency and control my alarm unlock and disarm it pop the trunk.
this is the third change and the guy from the alarm place says it is impossible. what alarm is impossible to pick up the code. This is very important since it is happening at the early am time now thanks for the pager I can see when it gets unlocked. What should I do since i live in a area that is becoming unsecured.
