Car Alarms: touch sensitive car alarms?, car alarm system, metal doorknob

Question
I have a couple of vintage cars that have a lot of exposed bare metal (stainless or chrome door handles, mirrors, hub caps, etc.)that should all be electrically connected through a common body/chassis ground.  Does anyone make a car alarm system that is sensitive to touch like the metal doorknob alarms you can buy for your hotel room? I'd like to get a system that will go off as soon as a grounded part of the car is touched by a metal object or someone's bare hand.

Answer
No, that would prove to be impracticle, sometimes
dangerous & because of the nature of alarm systems, it's
"sensors" in this case would constanly false.

So, to battle that, there at 2 stage microwave sensors that
can be added to an alarm that sends a "radar" pulse
to detect proximity of mass in it's field and triggers
a warn away set of siren chirps & can send
a signal to a 2 way LED keychain remote.

If the visitor steps in closer and stays
in that field, it will trigger the alarms
defenses.

These usually run 36. to 60. added to the cost of
most any car alarm that uses shock/impact sensors.
