Car Alarms: wont start, securilock, 12 volt

02 windstar won't start theft light flashes. disconnect %26 repaired wire for starter(green). System is oem. its a securty system tie to door locks. i just want to dismantle system, and a ford securilock anti-theft transponder system. transponder @ ignition switch tumbler. thank you tony
