Car Alarms: hawk ha280 pro car alarm, bmw e34, start car

Question
Hi i have a remote start car alarm HAWK 280 PRO all is wired according to installation guide,
when you first power the alarm ( put the fuse in for the 12v supply ) the remote start works fine but only once, after this if i try to remote start again the ignition circuit works but engine wont crank.
there are 3 main wires as follows-

yellow ( connected to acc from ignition )
blue ( connected to on or power from ignition )
green ( connected to engine start from ignition )

now if i dissconnect the blue wire and try again the engine will crank but not start as there is nothing to power the ignition circuit.

If i take the immobiliser out of the circuit i get the same result.

all the other alarm function's work as they should.

this is for a bmw e34 model

any idea's plz help
