Car Alarms: Car Alarm, dodge durango, panic alarm

I have a 2000 dodge durango, recently i had one of my battery post replaced with a new one. and after being replace the panic alarm goes off everytime i open or shut the door, it also stays on for like 2minutes while i'm driving. Is there a way i can stop this from happening.
