Car Alarms: 1991 Park Avenue disable alarm, noise generation, fuel rail

I need to permanently disable the car alam in a 1991 Park Avenue

There are 2 factory systems.
1 is VATS which is the fuel rail circuit cut off system
and will require a kit. See the PLJX at www.GMVATS.com

Then there is the GM noise generation headlight flashing system
and this is info I sell at www.wirewerx.com .

The other possibility is after market (siren, parking lights flash)
and you can use the search bar on the page you asked from
to find the way to disarm it.

Without knowing which, it's hard
to advise.
