Car Alarms: alarm is not working, google search, support question

Question
ok i have a python remote start/alarm  and i was pushing the button to open the trunk but i pusth the wrong one and i held it 30 sec. and then after that my alarm turn off i did the same thing but it doesnt want to turn on and my blue lightn attach to my windshield is not blinking anymore so i think i turn it off :(
