Car Alarms: valet switch will not disable alarm, viper 791xv, google search

Question
I have a viper 791XV and the valet switch will not disable the alarm. When the keyisn't in the ignition the led light flashes twice, but when the key is in the ignition the led light flashes five times. The alarm chirps about ten times when Iturn the key in the on position. The installer told me that the valet switch was set to one time. I really am lost and don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me get my car started?
