Car Alarms: car help again lol, 1995 infiniti j30, infiniti j30

Okay so I liked the answers that I got from this site before and now I would like to ask another question. So as before i own a 1995 Infiniti J30 model. And before i bought it they changed the battery in it with a new one and every since then my radio power doesn't work on my car. Today I had auto-zone check it and there's nothing wrong with the fuses but they did say that in a J30 model when you change the battery to a new one it would most likely make the radio stop working but there should be a way to get it back to working. So my question is how do I get it to work again. Since it's not the fuses going bad or anything like that it should be a wire or something correct? I'm not good with cars so I wouldn't know but any help on this situation would be appreciated :) And if you need any more information I guess just ask and I'll send it this way xD
