Car Alarms: Aftermarket Alarm, camaro firebird, resistors

Question
I just installed an alarm on my 2000 Firebird. The alarm functions, however the unlock function doesn't always work. It will work immediately after the car is turned off but will stop after awhile. The unlock button still disarms the alarm and I can still remotely LOCK the doors. When I try to unlock the doors remotely, I can hear the alarm control box clicking ass if trying to unlock. What's going on?

Answer
Car Alarms: Aftermarket Alarm, camaro firebird, resistors
1996+ Camaro Locks
The locks in the 96+ Camaro/Firebird has a wire that drops power
and needs to be energised after 30 seconds to unlock. This means
relays and resistors are needed to modify (see pic attached).
Must be done. Yell at GM on this one, not me :>(!

Good luck.
