Car Alarms: Acura CL 2001 Alarm sounding, auto responder, search bar

Hi, I saw one of your posts and wondered if you could help.
My 2001 Acura CL factory alarm started going off randomly and my neighbors have started to complain. Of course i'm interested in permanently fixing the issue but in the mean time is there a way stop the horn from going off.
I plan on bringing the battery over and having that checked out but I don't think it is it. I've seen the posts about removing the fuse but my wife drives the car also and don't want her plugging that in and out each time she goes to use the car.
