Car Alarms: Car Alarm not allowing me to start =(, clifford alarm, google search

need help please... haven't driven 1994 toyota supra in 3weeks and the battery is dead, so i put in a new battery replaced under warrenty, and the freakn Clifford Alarm (rpn 904075) has a Blue LED and the Light is staying Solid Blue.....

so everytime i put key in ignition and i try to start, all i hear is a *Click Click* noise coming from passenger side dash area, and if press the Lock / Unlock button on the remote, all i hear is that same *Click, Click* noise and its not able to lock or unlock doors

i just want to drive the car and im up for whatever it takes either disarming Clifford alarm or removing or anything, please guide me
