Car Alarms: alarm reset, corola, auto responder

Question
i have a 03 corola with factory alarm. i disarm my alarm and went inside but something happen i think i press the button on me remote and it set off the alarm. it wouldn't disarm again. i remember this happen once and i took it to the dealer and the guy press the remote in some sequence and it stop. he said when this happen you have to reset it or something like that. please help because the alarm wouldn't stop.
