hello, i have 1997 dodge intrepid. recently an alarm system that has never worked before has started to work again, and it will not let me start my car without unplugging and replugging the battery. all i know about the system that it is from DEI. there are two buttons on the dash that are for the system, but i do not know how to use it. i used to have a keypad on my key ring for my locks, but it broke off awhile ago. how can i figure out what model i have? or does anyone know how to use this system?
