Car Alarms: My alarm wont turn off, gemini alarm system, little key

Question
Hi, I have a gemini alarm system (7350). My battery got disconnected and now the alarm will not turn off. It has an immobiliser as well. I have a little key that usually turns it off or a button on a fob key but none of them work. I think I need to make the key compatable again but how? hope you can help. thanks
