Car Alarms: How to reset kill switch on 1995 Corolla, kill switch, auto responder

It's 3 degrees here and when I tried starting my car this morning it wouldn't turn over, I assume because the battery needed a jump, and all of a sudden the alarm started going off. I didnt even know it worked.  I don't have a remote for it. The kill switch won't allow me to start the car. How do I shut it off?
