Car Alarms: Viper 791 VX 2way Alarm/Starter wont ignition start, pontiac grandam, keyless entry systems

Question
I have a 2000 Pontiac GrandAM GT1 with a Viper 791 XV 2way Alarm/Starter.  Vehicle works perfectly fine but only starts with remote starter only.  Alarms was professionally installed and used to start with ignition key but no longer.  When trying to use the ignition get the various dash lights speedometer & tach dials fire up as they should when starting but nothing happens no start signal to the starter... you can hear the fuel pump had ingaged.  Had a garage check my ignition and they traced that all the correct feeds are working and it seems that the viper brain is not passing the start sequence through either because the brain is damaged/mulfuntioning or somehow accidently it has been told to ignor/bypass the key ignition start so it only starts by remote.  I need help on how to tell/program the viper brain to allow me to start the car either method via ignition key or by remote not just the remote?  I have been driving around starting with the remote for a 1.5yrs now...  Thanks!
