Car Alarms: 02 celica keyless entry, keyless remotes, resident technicians

Question
I recently bought a 2002 celica. It didn't come with any keyless remotes but there is a big red dome light on the dash drivers side, right near the windshield.  It has never come on and looks very built-in.  Does this mean I have keyless entry installed on my car?  If so how do I go about getting a remote which will work with it?
