Car Alarms: Keyless FOB for 2003 Acura RSX, car alarm systems, acura rsx

I recently purchased a used Acura RSX, and I love the vehicle.  When I bought it, it did not come with a keyless FOB, so I bought one off of eBay.  I found instructions on how to program it to work on my car and followed them.  Everything is fine until I take the key out and try to use the FOB.  After I turn key on/off 4 times, pressing the lock button it enters program mode.  The locks all cycle in program mode as well.  Once I remove key, and try to test the FOB, nothing happens. I took it into the Acura dealer, and they replaced the drivers side door actuator, thinking that would fix it,but it didn't.  Any ideas?   Google hits many people ASKING this question, but no one effectively answering.  Feel free to email me back.
