Car Alarms: Pursuit PRO-9649b, program mode, search bar

I had a Pursuit PRO-9649b alarm installed last summer, and since then my ignition acts up.  It won't shut the motor off until the key is REMOVED from the ignition, stays running in off position.  Also, when I turn the key from 'off' to 'acc', the motor kicks over and then shuts off.  The installer said he may have left it in program mode, and told me to go on line to figure out how to get it out.  The Pursuit line does not seem to be supported on the Audiovox website, or anywhere else I can find.  Where can I get the installation guide to get it out of program mode?
