Car Alarms: python remote starter, python 1400xp, remote starter

my daughter had a python 1400xp remote starter installed in her 2004 mustang  less than a year ago. up until about 2 months ago it worked fine .but now the car cranks only for about 5 seconds than stops cranking and wont start, just wondering what went wrong all of a sudden

Likeley to be the bypass kit installed at that time.
It may have gone bad, lost proramming or needs re setting.

Have it inspected by a local car alarm shop that does DEI/VIPER
equipment for your DEI dealer support services to be used.

& have them inspect the work done and correct the trouble.
