Car Alarms: 2003 Honda Odyssey, 2003 honda odyssey, honda odyssey

Question
Hello
Here is my situation. My battery went dead in my honda I boosted it, it started again fine. Had the battery checked and it is fine. But now no matter how I lock the doors if they are locked the alarm system will go off eventually. Sometimes it will go off and even stop on its own.  Its driving me crazy and the people in my office building.
I would like to dismantle the system or make it work properly. I did go to Honda and they replaced a board thinking that maybe there was a surge that broke something when it was boosted. This cost me a little over 250. and it did not solve the problem. Now they want me to bring it back and pay 95. hr to diagnose the issue. Which I said they should know there product and I'm not sure why I have to pay for them to learn it?
Keep in mind this is a factory alarm system.

Can you help PLEASE!

Karen

Answer
Hard to second guess the people at Honda. If your alarm
is malfunctioning, I do not know that our
bypass solution would apply. There is a blue wire
at the door lock module in the drivers door you
would ground, but from the sounds of it, your issue
is more involved.

I would opt for Honda to do this since it's a factory issue.
