Car Alarms: Excalibur AL-1810-EDP Not accepting Programming, nissan sunny 2006, edp

I have a Excalibur AL-1810-EDP alarm system which I installed on my Nissan Sunny 2006 Car. The problem I am having is that its not accepting the user program entry but all the default settings are working ok.
Can you tell me what may be the possible solution for this problem.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
