Car Alarms: auto start not working, remote starter, autostart

i own a 04 gmc with the autostart, i replaced the battery in the truck and now the command start will not work. when the button is pressed the truck will start and then stall. also the unlock/lock buttons will not work as well. but the factor unlock/lock still work. do you have a fix?

Sounds as if when the vehicle lost power, the bypass kit used did too
and reset. Now it needs to relearn PASSLOCK and
you need to do that manually.

Not sure of what bypass kit was used, but that's normal.
Locate the data on the bypass kit you used
so you can bring it back online and start using the remote starter
again.
