Car Alarms: Broken Karr alarm, karr alarm, dodge ram

Question
I had a Karr alarm installed on my 98 Dodge Ram probably in '98. Now the alarm won't shut off or allow the truck to start.
The disable switch doesn't work. I pulled a Karr module from under the dash, disconnected it with no change.

My question is : How do I disable it ? Or how do I get it removed or fixed ?
