Car Alarms: Truck alarm key fob will not work, 1997 ford f150, ford f150

Question

Key Fob I have Ungo alarm system installed on my 1997 Ford F150. One of the key fobs just quit working. The light on it glows but fob does nothing. The 12V fob battery has a little over 10V. Can this fob be fixed or do I need to purchase a new one. If a new one, where can I find one?  Thanks
