Car Alarms: Starter disabler wont disengage and car wont start, bran new, car wont start

Question is I have read your past Q&A and tried what you haved told others to do and still no response from my car starting.

day before i accidentlly started my car with the remote start and to turn it off i pushed the brake and shut the door (alarm might of been armed when it happened dunno) But came out the next morning and the car wont start. Radio, engine fan turns on even when i turn the headlights on (even when i try to turn it over the ligts dont dim at all) I removed the starter and took it to my local auto parts store to test it and it came back ok nothing wrong with it. batt. is bran new.
I put the alarm in vallet (LED goes solid) tried to turn it over nothing! it doesn't even do that click click click sound like it wants to turn over but doesn't. nothing happens..... plzs help me.

May need to remove it if the starter kill can not disengage.

Hard to say from here, but sounds
as if the starter kill relay is frozen.

Have this inspected or get the wiring chart for it
at www.WIRINGCHARTS.com and remove it safely.
