Car Alarms: Viper 300 alarm removal, viper 300, alarm relay

This alarm was installed in a 91 Jeep, I no longer have the fob or the manual.  I am trying to repair the jeep (new ignition) and the alarm relay (horn disconnected) is preventing engine start.  I would like to remove the alarm.  There is the main module, the valet switch and another module velcroed above the valet switch.
