Question
QUESTION: I have a 95 mustang v6 no key pad theft light flashing no fuel pump or ignition but cranks no exterior lights flash, jumped the vacant plug for keyless entry in trunk with the key on, the locks went down then up, theft light and intermittent beep continues. I have the car all opened up and there is no valet button or switch under the dash If I bought a fob would that complicate things. I would love to eliminate pats completely, this is a drag car with 96 cobra engine and engine harness and computer that the PATS was eliminated . I am at your mercy, can you help
         thank you

ANSWER: You'd need the DEI 555 FW bypass kit for the PATS
to open the circuit and keep it that way, or you would
loose an ignition key to bypass by relay.

I sell this info at www.FORDPATS.com

If interested, you will find links to aquire
both the relay application and the bypass KIT.

Good luck.

QUESTION:  I recived the 555fw read the directions and in the directions it said 96 97 ford    My car is a 95,will it work?

ANSWER: If this is PATS yes.
The issue is is it a 96 or end of 95-96 which is when Ford started
using PATS. From your explaination, it's that latter part of 95-96.

Should work as touted.

QUESTION: I Installed the 555fw as instructed and came to the part in the instructions where it says,  turn the ignition to the RUN positionand wait until the security light goes out {approximately 3.5 seconds}then turn the ignition to the off position and remove the key. mine has a flashing THEFT ligth that flashes and beeps for about a minute.... I follow the procedure and it gets to hold capsule half inch from key hole and remote start. I dont have a remote start or anything remote, nore do I want one on this car. Is there somthing I missed.    thank you     G

Answer
Contact our tech Carlos at 301-675-5658 to go over it.
Keep in mind this is used to normally start a PATS
installed car for remote start. The blue wire would go to ground
instead of the (-) remote start wire used after programming normally,
but there are no guaranties this will work as stated if your
system is not original, with original ignition keys.
If you moved a motor and are trying
to get it all to sync up, that's a crap shoot.
Might work. Might not, but this would be the way to try
to do it.

Contact Carlos between 6pm and 10pm week nights
for clarity.
