Car Alarms: my enforcer sli840 stop working after changing starter wiring, millikan, california 1

i went to get my car repaired, a while back, and when i got it back my alarm stopped working its a enforcer sli840 nothing seems to function when i push the buttons or valet switch, i checked the fuses and theyre good, so and i asked a friend and he said something bout reprograming it or something like that since the starter wirring was replaced. can you please help me
