Car Alarms: Anti-Theft System, 2007 chrysler pacifica, chrysler pacifica

Question
QUESTION: A couple weeks ago I had a new Kenwood stereo system put into my car (2007 Chrysler Pacifica). Bluetooth, iPhone ready, etc. A few days after my key bob wouldn't work. I had to set off the alarm to get in the car and the only way to shut it off was to disconnect the battery.  I started locking my car with my key door lock. Later on my alarm would go off when I unlocked my door again. Again had to disconnect the battery. After that my engine wouldn't stay cranked.  Again had to disconnect the battery to get it to start everytime I got in my car. In all this process took it back to the stereo place and they couldn't find anything.  Chrysler place checked the key bobs and hooked up to the diagnostic couldn't find anything but maybe a bad door lock switch on the drivers door. After replacing it the service man told me it still didn't work.  He believed it had something to do with the new stereo. When I left the Chrysler place guess what had to disconnect my battery right there. However, after I got to my destination a few hours later went to my car to leave and it cranked right up. the alarm works with my key bobs, and everytime since for the past almost 24 hrs after leaving it starts when cranking it. What in the world happened. Is there a special way to reprogram a car after the Anti-Theft has been armed and I just happen to stumble on it or what.  If this happens again what do I need to do? Do I need to get the stereo people to check it out again? Just very confused at this point. Please help.

QUESTION: I'm not trying to control my car by my iPhone. I just want to be able to operate my car by the normal way.

Answer
I get that ma'am. Just trying to guide you in the right direction,
so you can determine the cause of the trouble and
a possible place to get that answer. They are working with this
sort of connection, but I do not.

Try them and see where that may lead.
