Car Alarms: Python 1000 Alarm, valet mode, alarm mode

Hello,

     My Python 1000 alarm began to alarm today after I turned on the ignition and started the car. The LED indicator was steadily lit, indicating that the alarm should have been set to valet mode, although the system continued to alarm. The Python 1000 continued to alarm, whether the car was running or not, and whether the Python 1000 was set to valet or alarm mode (steadily lit LED or flashing LED). Everytime a door or the hood were opened, the alarm would sound. The remote transmitter was ineffective with silencing the alarm and the alarm would only stop on its' own.

   Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your response.
