Car Alarms: Lexus RX300 Aftermarket alarm, lexus rx300, wire colors

Hi, I recently installed an aftermarket alarm kit in my
Lexus RX300. The alarm kit has two wires that should lock
and unlock the doors, problem is, I havent been able to get
this to work. The two wires are Blue and Green
respectively. On the manual it says Green (-
)lock(+)unlock, and Blue (+)unlock (-)lock.

Any advice on how plus where to wire this to the car will
be hugely appreciated.
