Car Alarms: Help, wire colors, car lights

Hello,
i bought a car with mongoose keyless model MX40 series II
when i check it, i found that there are two cables not connected, when i connected them, i found that the car lights flicker, and it didn't stop,so i remove it again, what can i do?

Replace the unit. It seems to be bad.
Or, if you have the documentation on it,
track down the issue, locate the wiring
and repair once you determine the problem.

But without the wire colors for thr mongoose, and the
proper notes for your car, it would be exceedingly
difficult to get it right.
