Car Alarms: black widow alam, cant disarm, black widow alarm, black widow

Question
I can't disarm my alarm. I can arm it, but it doesn't do anything when i try and disarm it. I haven't had the car for very long so i don't know how to use the remote that well. it is a black widow alarm, not sure which one, and it's on a 94 integra. don't know what to do.
