Car Alarms: PLJX, alarmtek, remote start

I bought the pljx for my 99 Yukon and had it installed, as R Martin/Alarmtek recommends, by (what I thought was) a reputable technician.  Worked well for a couple weeks, until this week.  So I crawled under the dash and looked at the module and it appears they did not attach either the Brown wire or the Green wire to anything.  I paid someone to do this because I'm no expert, but I can read a diagram and these need connected, correct?  And would the module even have been programmed correctly without these connected (i.e., was I just lucky the past couple weeks)?

You are correct. They did not do it right.
Seems they took the easy way out but
the module is not operating.

The brown needs to be attached to the frame
AFTER programming is done. And it stays
that way. This is wrong and
yes you have been lucky. Hate to say it, but
take it to another tech who does remote start
and have it done correctly.
